How to find the right camera for you
Mirrorless single lens camera
The image quality is overwhelmingly better than that of smartphones and regular digital cameras, with a three-dimensional effect and depth.
This type of camera is also used by professional photographers. In addition to expanding the range of photography, the lens can be freely interchanged, making it suitable for a variety of shooting situations.
SLR cameras have a mirror inside the lens, and light entering the lens reflects off the mirror and passes through the pentaprism, allowing the subject to be seen through the optical viewfinder.
Mirrorless single lens camera
Normal digital SLR cameras allow the user to view images through an optical viewfinder via a mirror in the lens. In contrast, mirrorless SLR cameras literally have no mirror and allow the user to view images through the LCD via the image sensor.
Compact digital camera
Compact in size and able to fit in the hand, making them highly portable
Action camera
Action cameras have powerful image stabilisation and are shock- and water-resistant, making them suitable for capturing video during sports and activities. In recent years, they have also become popular for ‘vlogging’, where videos are kept like a diary, and can capture smooth footage while walking.
film camera
It is recommended for those who like retro tones and textures. It is attracting a lot of attention, especially among the younger generation, and one of the reasons for its popularity is the excitement of not knowing what kind of picture you have taken until the film is developed.
360-degree camera
A 360° camera is a unique camera with two ultra-wide angle lenses that can take photos and videos with a 360° view, also known as a celestial camera.
